Marian Coll, M.A. Human Resource Management

Marian was Company Director of Grosvenor Recruitment supplying medical staff for more than twenty years to NHS and private hospitals in London. She had the overall responsibility for recruitment, selection and training of medical staff.

She has sound knowledge of current NHS issues and with her long established career in interviewing medical personnel, she is the ideal person to help you understand what medical school interviewers are looking for.

She now works giving one-to-one coaching courses for medical school interviews, and also runs one-day Group Medical School Interview Courses. Marian is the author of two books: Multiple Mini Interviews for UK Medical School: The Essential Guide to Multi Mini Interviews (MMI) and Multiple Mini Interviews for UK Dental School.

John Coll, BSc.

John was Company Director of Grosvenor Recruitment for more than twenty years. He has valuable knowledge of NHS issues, ethics and interviewing techniques.

He was also a tutor giving one-to-one lessons in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics, all at GCSE, AS and A level.

John now specialises in Group Interview Courses and One-to-One Interview Courses, Face-to-Face and Skype Interview Courses.
